I cook for myself and my family every week. We have some peculiar dietary requirements in my house, because I generally follow the Banting regime, my teenager is a vegetarian and my 10-year-old is really rather specific about her tastes. Needless to say, I often end up preparing multiple meals, or variations of meals. Also, as a working single mother, I just find I have to be prepared well in advance to make sure we all get the food we need.
While I’m cooking for us, I’m going to make extra each week, so that you can order the food you need to feed yourself and your family. I cook with fresh ingredients, with music and often with wine. I definitely cook with love and joy. I’d love to share that with you.
